We are happy to welcome you to the three days of immersive running experience at On Energy Hub in Tokyo. On Energy Hub is an experimental space for runners to replenish their energy for their next run. From scientifically-backed soundtrack to help your run to photo exhibition by a London based group: ASPEKT, there will be many interactive activities including coaching by professional athletes or community runs.
Dive into the On Energy Hub for some pre-marathon vibes.
Enjoy the charm of Nihonbashi Kabutocho, where Energy Hub is located, as you jog a slow-paced 3k-5k. After the jog, enjoy some delicious coffee.

What to bring: Running wear & running shoes
*We do have a limited number of trial shoes but they can run out fast so bring your own running shoes!
*There is a changing room but numbers are limited, so we recommend that you come wearing your running gear beforehand.
*In case of rainy weather, the event will be canceled. We will contact you at the email address you provided by 6:00 PM the day before.

From March 1 to 3, "Through Our Lens," an exhibition of running culture documented around the world through the lenses of ASPEKT founders Jerry Sun, Danny Easton, and Arran McAskill, will be presented in a curated collection of photo, video, and audio in the basement gallery.
Born in NY and raised in Akashi, with parents who experienced Paradise Garage, and experienced jazz drums in childhood, her play style is full of energy that springs from her own identity.
Born in Shizuoka, she has a Japanese father and a Tanzanian mother. Real vibes and innate groove, such as going to Jamaica and absorbing music and culture, are the characteristics.
